Great staff very helpful. Pricing for what i needed was better than expected. They weren't finished with the installation of the key programing machinery. So I wasn't able to get the keys to my truck programmed by them. But in my personal situation it was actually to my benefit. They did cut the keys i already had and they fit my truck perfectly. I was able to get them programmed myself. Overall I saved money. Must say many of their other products are slightly overpriced. But they are definitely more convenient to go to and get home quickly. My husband called around 4:30 to see if they had the screws he needed. They did, and he told the person on the phone he would be there momentarily (we only live 3 miles away from the store). My husband arrived at the store at 4:55, knew exactly what he needed, and that they 100% had it. When he arrived five minutes before closing, they were already closed. Now, I understand they were closing in five minutes, but the sign was off and the door was locked at 4:55, and he had already told the guy on the phone he was coming. We are happy we have a local hardware store. We purchased an item that was too small. When we opened the package the plastic came off the cardboard. It wasn’t ripped off. We went with in an hour to exchange the product for the larger size and they wouldn’t take it back (exchange) we had to purchase again. The employee just kept repeating- saying if you opened it with a smaller opening he would of taken it back Opened is opened at that point.
