I first became acquainted with Andes Nursery when I was looking for horse-safe shade trees for our pastures. After calling multiple nurseries with no luck or offers to try to find what I needed, I came across Andes. Jason took the time to listen to what I needed and was even interested in why I could only have certain types of tree species in our pastures. Fortunately, he had just what we needed in a tulip poplar! He explained in depth what we needed to do to plant and nurture our little tree, what to expect as it grew and how to care for it. Had them install emerald greens a few months ago. They have turned quite brown since then. So I send the owner pictures as he requested. He said their dead. Now he won't stand behind the install and blames me for not watering them enough. I asked the installer about care instructions before he left my property. He said water them heavy the first 2-3 days so I did. The owner swears when I went to purchase them he told me they need 20 gallons each etc etc. He never told me or the blonde that was with me (my girlfriend) they needed to be watered that much. We would obviously have followed his instructions if he did. Why would we spend thousands of dollars and not take our hose which is 10-15ft from them and water them. Now I'm out thousands of dollars and have a yard full of dead trees he won't stand...

Andes Nursery, Jason and his entire crew are the most professional, curtious and hard working people that I have ever dealt with. Their work ethic is unheard of these days. They arrive, measure out the work area, they mark of each location that the tree (I'm my case) will go, they dig each hole and place the tree in the ground. Once they back fill each hole they neatly clean up any left over dirt from your lawn. Plus an added advantage to their operation is Jason, the owner is on each and every job.
