Came to vend at an event and it's $40 a night to "camp" in a parking lot that is flooding, was told repeatedly someone would come to check me in and turn on the power and they never did. No one answering phone to turn power on after event coordinator called repeatedly, finally had to move my trailer to run extension cord from the barn and it's barely enough to run heat (on low) and a phone charger, so I won't freeze to death tonight sleeping in my cargo trailer. The event people are lovely, but fairground is run down and management is a joke. Spent last night sitting in the bathroom just to stay warm. Camping area not worth the fee even if it was functional. Read moreThis is the “WORST EVENT” I have ever visited in the USA. Entry ticket fee is $32 for a family just to see the Monster truck stunts + Parking fee extra $15 + ride tickets extra ($7 per ticket - very expensive)… Have to spend minimum $200.. There are many areas for an array of little events happening simultaneously. There are numbered sheds to create these areas. The restrooms are decent--not port-a-potties. I recommend visiting for any festival...
