I took a chance at Solstice! I thought cross fit was way out of my comfort zone and was something I would never be able to do! Well with the help of amazing coaches they have brought me to where I am now! Everything is scalable and doable! I love seeing my progress from just six months ago! I am feeling more and more comfortable and gaining strength!! Itās so much more rewarding to be involved in a friendly class atmosphere with everyone cheering you on and working towards the same goals! I love the program! The atmosphere is positive and uplifting! The coaches are trained and have a lot of experience. They keep it fun and are easygoing. They know each and every member, and individually tailor their training and encouragement while promoting proper form and body mechanics. The class schedule is accommodating to many different age groups, and the sign-up is easy. signing up for classes provides the members with a sense of commitment that decreases the reliance of self-determination to attend (especially for people just getting into a workout routine). Most DEFINITELYā¦.. and I could not be happier with my progress physically & mentally. She taught me how to lift weights/workout with the right form for maximum results while breathing correctly.
