I started shopping locally for all my grocery’s about 3 years ago . I save money because I’m buying what I need not what the end caps in large store say you want . Half the stuff I purchased before at Walmart just sat on my shelf and I tossed away. It wasn’t what I when to buy or what I needed it was the sale angle large corporations prey upon . If you ask and are loyal, Home Town Market will stalk anything as long as you come back to purchase . Small stores can’t hold dead inventory . Small businesses in small town are what keep our roads paved ! They pay a city tax and when you shop Kearney and Hays your building that city and crumbling your Home town . Thank you for all your efforts to maintain our local stores . As a business owner it’s hard to please the instantaneous I what as soon as it’s seen on TV . Some items are simply not offered in our area first since we are rural . It does come but sometimes a couple weeks later .
