Kroger — Local services in Logan

Used to be a real good place to go shop but lately the new people that's working there are very rude the store is falling apart it leaks in several places when it rains they have a rat infestation and I've seen cockroaches and there's more flies in the deli then you can ever count and they're ripping people off they charged me today twice for the same thing I bought 4 six packs of Pop today 2 classic Coke and 2 six packs of Sprite they said my Mastercard declined the first time then they had me to run my card again and they said accepted it it was approved well when I got home I called and they had charged my card twice for the same thing then when I went back to the store they had called me a liar and the cashier that cash me out made fun of me like I was just trying to get free pop or money then I talk to a manager and he claimed that it was due to the storm that the registers was messing up but I didn't make it right with me very upset the store is very old I would not recommend it to nobody this storage nobody when I went to the doors they had big trash cans catching water...

I always enjoy going to Kroger!!! They have really good deal most of the time and it is way easier to shop here for what you need for the most part things are just as cheap or not much different than Walmart. If you are sick and tired of fighting your way through a crowd and being treated like a second class citizen at Walmart, I suggest you shop at Kroger!!! I am definitely sick of going to Walmart to spend a ton of money just to be looked at like scum and almost every employee seems to have an attitude like you're bothering them even though they in fact do work there. Kroger Logan, WV, since installing the self checkouts this Kroger really has improved. I don't like that the pharmacy stuff is back out on the floor. But I'm sure they had a reason. The woman that works at the self checkout, she has been there every single time I've been in Kroger, is the absolute kindest person. She helps EVERYONE, and trust me people roun here need her help with the self checkout. Always have what I want. Now, back in COVID they didn't have a thing. But nobody else did either.
