Dollar General — Local services in Loganville

The new manager does not show genuine customer service. She isn't approachable about concerns.

The conversation from the manager and myself was like I was talking from someone on the streets. She made me feel less of a customer. She made the impression of being HER store. It's not her store. It's everyone's store for our community.

One evening she had on slippers while training a new employee. That is very unprofessional. How you are dressed represents the company and will also help not to be so laxed, thus causing your interaction to not be mediocre.

I understand the store needed a new manager but please train her to remember to value her customers.

Also get the self checkout to work. There is always a line because of only one cashier so when the self checkout is broke that makes it more of a wait.

Either that or hire/staff accordingly and open...

Very organized store with friendly staff.

I like that they still have a true $1 section unlike Dollar Tree which is now $1.25.

It's very convenient to use their app to scan to check the price of something that doesn't have a price marked. It'll also provide me with digital coupons to use.

The self checkout is fast and efficient. I can leave my wallet at home and just use Google Pay...

This particular Dollar General is really close to our house and super convenient because the walmarts are much further either way. They always have just about anything you are looking for from breakfast food famine products and so on. The selection of ice cream was low at the time I went but this is very unusual because they are usually stocked full. Definelty a great place to make...
