I would never use Charles again! He devalued a chest that he could not fix to my moving company! When I called and texted him numerous times about it he NEVER RESPONDED! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! I was very appalled after he came into my home and told me one thing and then went back to my moving company and told them the chest was worth $30!!...

I had a problem with my recliner and I couldn't fix this particular problem myself. I contacted Charles. He came to our home on the agreed date / time and fixed it for me quickly for a modest fee. Had this couch for a couple years only, and just had an internal malfunction, and it sank in. He came and fixed my sectional on site. Had all of the tools, put everything back together as it was intended, but sturdier. Friendly, and fairly priced, in my eyes. Love the service, so glad he could save...
