CNE AMAZING PALLET FINDS LLC/UHAUL Dealership — Local services in Lohrville

Awesome experience here! A friend and I stopped because we needed to rent a U-Haul, and I was presently surprised to find this was a pallet place! Everything was very fairly priced and the owner was so personable and kind. I don't get out to Redgranite often, but if I'm out that way again, I'll definitely stop just to say hello and look around! The U-Haul process took just a little bit, but it was nice to shop around while my friend got that all settled. The owner also explained that they were just getting the U-Haul business rolling so they weren't super fast at it yet, but I wasn't bothered by it because he took the time to inform us of that! I think setting time expectations for customers is so important!...

Purchased a really cool bathroom mirror with backlighting, fog control and dimming options yesterday. Drove an hour each way just to realize they grabbed the wrong one for me! I contacted them and got an immediate response to bring it back with sincere apologies. I went to swap it out today and the owner was again super apologetic, acknowledging the distance I was traveling from. This is definitely not a fly-by-night place. Customer service and satisfaction are a top priority for them! They have so much cool stuff there at crazy low prices, we will definitely be stopping back! What could have been an awful experience was completely turned around. Fantastic location, easy to get to. Highly recommend folks...

There are other local pallet buyers that are way better, they actually do what they say and discount the items from retail prices, whereas here you’re better off just ordering directly from Amazon, Walmart, or Target and getting it delivered to your house versus physically coming here and paying the same prices, not worth it at all. The only time you actually get a discount is if they’ve had an item for a while and bring the price down which is the one and only time I bought something here, went in there a couple of times afterwards to check it out and was disappointed each time, don’t plan on ever coming back.
