SCAMMING CUSTOMERS Please do not waste your time ordering here. I ordered a simple wooden sign that had our last name and established under it for our entry way. I ordered through here because it said my order was guaranteed by 2/4. A few days after placing my order I received a tracking number and update so I was super excited as my item had been “shipped” with that being said when I click the link it said it was a pre shipping label and usps is awaiting my item so they can ship it. I reached out to the company via email 7 times probably more at this point but the last I counted it was seven, I’ve called them numerous times for them to not answer, I reached out to the Facebook page only to receive a automated reply from Milos, then I reached out to the Instagram where Milos replied and said he would be back to me that day about my order status and I heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING so I messaged again only to receive no reply, I’ve messaged several times since then, reached out to the automated chat bot on the website and that says my order is being processed. It’s been over two weeks since I received a shipping notification and over two weeks since they took my money without me receiving a order or a basic decent human reply if I’m sorry we forgot to make your order or whatever the case may be. They have horrible customer service, and I am not the only one to experience the bad customer service because upon deeper digging I found others with the same issues as mine.
