Why has this order STILL not shipped? Why have I gone 5 days after purchase with zero replies from you as a seller?? Newegg has communicated to me and had to apologize on your behalf due to your poor business etiquette and for your lack of customer service as a whole. If you are looking to overspend on a guaranteed ps5 fast.. This is NOT where you want to do business. We ordered two ps5's and have heard nothing. We paid an extra $235 to have shipping guaranteed by tomorrow. They have not even bothered to process our order or reply to a single contact request. SCAM! I spent all of this money to sit around waiting for something that will never come. The order now has to "drop off". According to Newegg this is the fastest way to get a refund. Can't wait to see how long it takes to return the funds to my bank so that I can start all over. Terrible! They mailed me the wrong bundle and claim it is not their fault cause Walmart has it labeled incorrectly. Yet Walmart says that seller is responsible for the listing itself. I ordered a Xbox Series S with 1Tb but they sent the 512 version. IT WAS A GIFT and i refuse to take it away from the recipient for their error. These guys are thieves. They sell on multiple sites like newegg, ebay and walmart and you wont ever receive what you purchase Do yourself a favor, if you see something being sold by them DO NOT BUY. Takes them 3-5 days to respond (if they respond) and then they will stall for more time like "I will check with the shipper" or we will send another out... on and on and on again. Im reporting them to the FTC. You should too. Stay away. You have a better chance of waiting in line at the DMV or post office than getting anything from...
