She is super knowledgeable. Our house sale went through many challenges, and Isadora always knew how to deal with them. Most of the time she had similar experience, and there were times she asked our attorney for legal advice promptly, which was very helpful. She also has contractor connections, which made things so much easier for me, and her contractors are the best! God knows how rare reliable contractors are. I’d go back to them for future projects.

She is very professional. She would send me weekly updates on the market and the house/transaction itself, consistently give me her professional & solid advice, and was always professional towards other agents and the attorneys as well.

She is super responsive and always available for any questions. There was not one single time that I had difficulty reaching her. She acted super fast with whatever happened, actually faster than me many times, which I very much appreciate.

Our advice for potential sellers: Clutter is your number one enemy. Formalities are much easier and faster to solve if you rent a dumpster and have it for a week to get rid of all you won’t take with you.
