I am a colored man and have been living in the county for the past 13 years and have been to this store a couple times since then. Recently, I went in to buy an item. When I walked in, a man and a woman were standing behind the counter and the woman said "hi" to me. I then went into the aisles to search for my item and I saw the same woman race down next to me and ask me if I needed help searching for something with another male associate who came into the aisle, staring at me. I told her what I needed and she pointed it out. I then exited the aisle, bought my item, and walked out. Been coming here for many years, sometimes multiple times a week being im a local. For such a small hardware store they have the inventory well figured out and usually have what you need. The workers there are super friendly and helpful and I consider them as friends as well. Even with a rough day working or working on something, Tracy especially, as well as the others enlighten my mood. They are far more helpful then most home depot or lowes employees. Staff are always helpful and friendly, willing to help me talk through my project and what I need to get it done. Selection is very good especially considering the size of the store, so far I've been able to find almost any fittings, screws, nuts, painting supplies, staining, and sanding as I've been working through fixing up my house. Very happy to have them so close to home for quick access to this items I always seem to forget until I'm half way...
