I cannot say enough about this company and the people that work at Roofmasters! Like many people in East TX, our roof took a beating during the back to back storms in mid April 2020. We've had several roofing companies stop by the house and give us the "sales pitch"; each one stating how they are better, what they can do, etc. We turned to trusted family and friends about who they would recommend. There was one standout recommendation: ROOFMASTERS. Our initial encounter with Bryan Rhodes and Caylor Haggard sealed the deal with my husband who has very little trust and is not easily convinced. These 2 guys were quick to follow up, did exactly what they said and called to follow up once we were scheduled to have the roof replaced. They came out in person several times and were even there when our insurance adjustor did the evaluation of our roof! We were out of state and they continued to stay in touch giving us updates and facilitating the whole process long distance. This is unusual customer service in these times. The whole process of removal and replacement went quicker than expected. The job site was left neat at the end of the day and special attention was paid to our plants and shrubs. We can't say enough about this company. I have had the pleasure to talk with Courtney in the office and I just now got off the phone with the insurance specialist, Drew--who informed us that we overpaid and he wanted to know when he could PERSONALLY return the money. Did I mention that the owner Jack called and took the time to ask me if we needed anything else when all was said and done? It's clear to see that he is a leader/owner that cares and makes time for his employees and cares about each customer. If you want to avoid a high pressure, fast-talking roofing company and want one that delivers a quality product, a smooth process, and does so respectfully and honestly, ROOFMASTERS is for you. My experience with RoofMasters was quite possibly one of the best experiences I've ever had. Aside from marrying the love of my life and my kids being born, this is at or near the top of things that made me smile the most. Well, getting married, kids being born, winning at fantasy football, watching the Jets win, and then this. Yes, I know, the Jets don't win much. But nevermind that. It all started on Christmas eve when Santa came early in the form of a man named Drew Scholl. He brought his ladder and a smile as he climbed on the roof and found hail damage and missing shingles. Fast forward about a month or so and here we were. Getting a contract signed and getting the process started on getting our roof replaced. The crew that came out, led by the man, the myth, the legend Chris Derr. He was the project manager on my job and he was there from start to finish. The rest of the crew had left after the job was over and he stayed around with the magnet making sure I didn't get any nails in my tires or my kids feet. The following Tuesday, another crew came to install my black gutters. Only reason the color of those gutters is significant is because they look sharp. Like if you are reading this and are in the market for gutters...get black gutters. You are welcome. Anyway, gutter installation was a breeze and someone came out to inspect the whole job a few days later. RoofMasters ownership, Drew and Chris killed it. We had to have a roof replaced and called Roofmasters for the project. The sales team was very honest, responsive and attentive to the needs of our project. The installation of the roof was just as smooth. First, the roofers were here early the morning the project was to start. They were worked very hard completing the roof and cleaning as they were roofing. It was a windy day and one individual from the roofing crew chased the felt and plastic so it did not blow in neighbors yards.
