Hounds Inn Lounge — Local services in Longview

Hounds Inn Lounge is absolutely the best. I can't say enough great things about it. I had my baby girl at a different daycare, which was fine, but they deemed her a little too aggressive just a few days in and she was put in private play, which I wasn't thrilled about, but went with it. Then at beginning of summer, all of the sudden I had to call each week on Sunday, to see if they had availability, which they did not the few times I tried to get her in. This was even though she'd been attending 3 times a week consistently for 6 months. So I switched her to Hounds Inn Lounge, and not only is she NOT in private play, she is in group play, ZERO TIME IN KENNEL, and having the time of her life! Erica runs a great facility, I get multiple pictures on a daily basis, which is great, and they even called me immediately upon a medical situation a couple weeks back. I couldn't be happier and my baby is practically busting through the car window to get out when they come to get her each morning! Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff at Hounds...

I'm a new customer at Hounds Inn and couldn't be happier. Was previously at another place in Longview but they don't make you feel like your business, or your dog is very welcome and if you don't purchase their daycare packages, they really let you know that you aren't treated like those who have purchased packages. Dogs are confined a lot especially if in private play so when I saw Hounds Inn has cage free daycare and boarding, I had to try it. My boy loves this place, and I do as well, the staff treats me like a customer, they are friendly and make us feel welcome. I love the cage free as my boy loves to be around dogs and why would I want to pay someone to kennel my dog most of the day when he can be free in a pack of dogs with caring capable staff watching over them. They do a later time for late pickup, and they essentially do curbside pickup! They come out and get your dog and when you pick up they bring them out. The hounds inn lounge took great care of my almost 10 year old deaf and paralyzed schnauzer for a week. They were a lifesaver helping me care for him on our honeymoon. Erica and Courtney were amazing and allowed us to tour and visit the facility. My Hashy loved it there and got plenty of exercise in.
