My husband and I just wanted to give Joel and his team at Napa Auto Parts a HUGE shoutout!! We were on our way camping (trailer, bikes, firewood, kid, dog, you name it 😅) to Cape Disappointment and ready to climb KM when we lost acceleration. Signal said reduced power and change fuel filter. We had no warning and no cell service. Luckily, it was only going up hill that was the problem but we made our way slowly back to Skamokawa and called Napa to see if they had a fuel filter for our make and model of truck and any possible way we could be squeezed in 🤞 Woohoo! They did! Joel got on the phone and my husband explained what happened and where we were heading and how long was it going to take. He said we’ll fit you in just head on over. We pulled right up they were waiting for us with filter in hand. Ran diagnostics…sure enough filter was the problem changed it in 30-45mins and we were back on our way!! Our experience here turned our “You gotta be KIDDING me 😩!!” moment to phew 😅 that wasn’t too bad! Icing on the cake was we received a text message from Joel later on asking if we made it ok. Well, Les Schwab in Warrenton, OR refused to replace a TPMS sensor I purchased off Amazon that was an OEM part. Del's OK Tire Factory refused to install my all-season tires to my brand new wheels I purchased off Tire Rack. I called up Moore's Auto to see if they can mount and balance my new wheels and tires. They said they do. I brought them in, dropped them off, and they had them all mounted. No problems, no issues, or any other BS. I generally do my own repairs. But they've been pretty good when I've had to had repairs done, which is not very often because I do most of my own repairs. I think I'll be buying my tires from Tire Rack from now on and let them...
