Cooking Camp My two daughters (ages 9 & 12) participated in a day camp type cooking class for children and young teens here during the summer break. They were able to get some hands on experience with guidance from another adult's perspective, which is always good for a growing mind.

This class lasted the majority of the day and was very reasonably priced. I don't remember for sure, but I believe the price was around $30 per child.

Gun Safety & Shooting My son (age 10) attended a gun safety and shooting day camp and had a blast! This is an outdoor event in Arkansas during the summer, so make sure to sunscreen and bring plenty of water!

The first day was focused on safety with some demonstrations and the next day involved shooting. My son learned a lot and this class fostered a sense of responsibility in him.
