Poor venison yield and poor service on pickup. Drop-off service was good. Brought in a full size doe early archery season (Oct). Only yielded 44lbs, which includes ground venison with beef fat added and sticks finished weight - so raw venison yield was even lower. $290: so that comes out to $6.60/lb avg finished weight.
Asked for brats and didn't get any due to low trim weight. Didn't call or notify me. Found out at pickup.

Great Flavor in everything we’ve tried, the bacon isn’t salty and the summer sausage and snacks sticks are Delicious, haven’t tried the bacon burger yet, but will thaw some out and I’m sure it’s just as good as everything else. I had them do it because i have no experience, and when i brought it to the taxidermy place they were very disappointed with the cape.
