Been here a few times. Went for their "warehouse" sale today. Hardly anything was on sale. A few couches and tables. Some barstools and rugs. Not worth the trip. My first time in was a non sale day, loved the items they had in there. Laid out nicely. Found that most of the items are so ridiculously overpriced though. $7000 for a chaise lounge? Yes, that's seven thousand. And, they are not at all helpful or friendly. No greeting you when you come in. No offers of assistance ever. I bought a small shoe basket for $40. I needed two of them and the sales woman told me to keep the tag and call them back every now and then to see if they got any in. You want ME to call YOU to check on stock? I was one of two customers in the store that day. There's so many other places to buy furniture that value me as a customer and don't try and gouge me. Honestly, what warrants their pricing? Do they have an extensive background or education in home design? Are they selling one of a kind, hand crafted pieces? There was a comforter on "sale" today for $195 that was made in China. A ring of bells for $218. Definitely won't be back.

I don't live near the Feathered Nest, but when I'm in town I ALWAYS make a point to stop in and pick up some new items for my home. The staff are always so helpful, they ask me a lot of questions and really help me pick out pieces that I may not have otherwise found. Not only do I love the ambiance and beautiful styles, I feel like I get a mini design consultation as well! For instance, I was looking for a new light fixture for my entryway and the staff led me to this one. I'm loving the warm tones of it and the cozy ambiance it brings to my entryway. If you're looking for unique and beautiful pieces, as well as kind and hands on staff, plus some friendly pups to welcome you, look no further than the Feathered Nest!

I shop frequently at The Feathered Nest and love the wide variety of price ranges and home decor! Just went to their Warehouse Sale and picked up some new goodies but had to share my find from last year too! This rug was originally $1200 and I got it for $120!!! It’s held up with kids and dogs and all the accidents in between. We love TFN

I very rarely write reviews unless something is very good or really bad. this was just BAD. After relocating and doing a semi-custom home build I was in search for someone to help decorate and furnish my home. I came in with photos of a few large key pieces and hoped to get some guidance. Had to walk around the store and kind of wait to be helped (there were 3 people sitting at a table) when the woman finally decided to help me she couldn't put down her chicken salad and was eating while I was seeking her help.

This first room I wanted to get dialed in was the bedroom. I showed her a photo of the bed I bought and wanted help choosing bedding. When I finally picked out what I liked (a duvet, thrown and 3 euro shams) it came out to almost $2000 and had to be "custom ordered" so i was quoted a few weeks for it to arrive. I called back after 4 weeks and was told it's still not here yet give it a few more so almost 8 week and it finally arrived. I went to pick it up. I took it home unpacked it and was VERY disappointed in a "custom" order. The duvet is literally tissue paper thin, has not ties for the insert and the button holes are just cut and already raveling. thank god my mother can sew and did double stitching and added some ties for the insert. The blanket material is so rough it's only good as a throw at best. and the 3 pillow cases are nothing special. For $2000 and custom i expected to be wowed. I am pretty sure the duvet will fall apart when i take it to the cleaners.

The next was I had made an appointment with Shannon to do a sit down for picking out items and decorating my home. About 30 minutes prior to our meeting she had a "home emergency" and couldn't make it but a few short hours and she was posting on social media doing a s'mores demo. It's been months and I have yet to hear from her to reschedule. I have also contacted her through social media regarding her "sale" and that I was looking for a dining room table, again no comment.

It's clear to me she only values a certain level of client but when someone drops a good amount on some crappy linens(which I could have found better at target) and wants a interior decorator they have money to spend, don't worry it will be spent on someone who will value my time and put for the effort into helping me design the home of my dreams. Everything is grossly overprices and very poor quality....

I’ve been to the feathered nest a handful of times and I seriously have never had such a great time shopping and it’s just WOW. I just stepped out of this incredible furniture store. The moment I walked in, the vibe was just perfect – warm, welcoming, and so so chic. The staff was incredible and knew their stuff and were all about helping me find the perfect pieces without being pushy.

Every corner was a treasure of style and comfort. I'm talking eye-catching sofas that you just sink into and the coolest tables everything you could tell was so carefully handpicked to curate the most beautiful layout.

I snagged a few gems that are going to totally transform my space. Honestly, it felt less like shopping and more like hanging out at a friend's super stylish home. If you're on the hunt for furniture that'll make your heart skip a beat, this is the place. 10/10,...
