I just come here on 01/18/25 and I had perfect service! The man that was working when I came @ 5 PM EST went out his way to help me! He was very professional and helpful! If you ever need to go to any mteropcs for any kind of help no matter what it is come to this one! I am so excited and impressed on how much he helped me! I appreciate your service! Bad customer service. Customer service has surely changed over the years. The Guy running it (Mike) ( if that is even his name). Tall slender guy has a bad attitude that does not represent the metro by T-Mobile. We were quoted 3 different prices. Then he got mad and got an attitude saying I sell phones all day and don’t care. Hood like mentality right in front of our child. Good luck.!! Don’t take your children there. Everyone’s: take your business to a better safer...

They had a new guy there working by himself, who didn't know what he was doing. We were on the phone with someone who was supposed to know more, they were rude and just as useless wasted 2 hours for nothing.The in store person locked us out of the account for 3 days! Just trying to get the phone number transferred from metro...
