Brown Equipment Company, Inc. — Local services in Loretto

In May 2019, I was in the market for a new commercial grade zero turn. I called Brown and they salesman was rather rude. I went to Tri-Green and bought a John Deere for $11K.

In May 2020, I had an Echo String trimmer I bought at Home Depot that was 1 year old. Brown was listed on their website as a dealer AND a repair facility. They refused to repair mine under warranty since I didn't buy it there. They were rude!

So, I was also in the market for a new tractor. Guess who got the business. YUP...Tri-Green. Long story short, I also bought a Stihl string trimmer from Tri-Green. Brown is terrible and I won't set foot on the place and I'm telling everyone I run into...

Called late on Wednesday afternoon and am looking for a new hayrake. Talked with salesman Derrick, and he stated they had plenty in stock to choose from. Was there the next morning when they opened, choose the one I wanted, and Derrick had the paperwork filled out, the new hayrake loaded up and was on the road in about 45 minutes headed to the hay feild. Highly recommend this store for your farming...

Went to several different dealers of lawn mowers and this place made all the rest of them look pitiful. They have, by far, the very best equipment in the state. The people are nice and friendly and help you to no end. It is the best place in the state to buy lawn and farm equipment and get it at a very reasonable price with a very good warranty. I rate this company a 5 out of 5...
