My husband and I spent $600+ on insulated overalls and work boots. We purchased a $175 pair of Georgia Work Boots. My husband wore them to work TWO TIMES and the insoles came completely apart. I took them for a refund and was told by the business owner himself that he would not refund them because he “couldn’t put them back on the shelf and resell them.” (Of course not!! They are coming apart!!) He was very flippant and arrogant as he claimed “it’s not the shoes fault, we bought the wrong size”. My husband is happy with the boots and wanted them to be good for him however, the insoles coming apart after two times of wear is very disappointing. The business owner being so rude and dismissive is even more disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would. Customers should definitely beware that any items they purchase that are defective or faulty will not be refunded!!! Horrible HORRIBLE...

I have tried multiple times to give the benefit of doubt when shopping here. I have tried since they were in the first location. It always seem they think you are shop lifting but I have noticed they act different when you go in there with certain people. If I’m by myself they act like I’m stealing if I’m in there with other people they don’t follow you around or suspect you are not trustworthy. Been up here a few times always had a good time until today. I go up to lawsons from the shoals area because I need to get me some work clothes. I find this FR carhartt vest on the 50% off rack and I’m like oh yea these things are usually about a 90 bucks so this should be a deal. But the price ain’t on it so I went down to ask about it.
