Just came back from a wonderful, anointed weekend retreat at Redwood Glen with two combined youth groups plus a college group. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, tons of activities to do, hiking, basketball, tetherball, pool, fellowship hall and good food, too. Our kids had a chance to bond and draw closer to God. The only suggestion I'd have would be to maintain and clean the cabins a little better. The floors, beds and bathrooms could use a lot of cleaning up between usage. Read moreI came as a kid with my sixth grade class from Westwood Elementary school in Stockton Ca. It was such a great experience, the only time I’ve ever went camping! OMG that was over twenty one years ago. Hiking at night was the best, I wonder how that would work now being in a wheelchair? Damn life has changed so much since then! I would love to go back but this time share the experience with my mother and siblings last time I went my mom didn’t want me to but my grandmother paid for it anyways.
