Customer service at the lost nation office is garbage the people who answer the phone go on the defensive as soon as you even begin to relay an issue i was not even five seconds into explaining my issue she already was spewing some rebuttal. I pay roughly 80$ a month for what is advertised as up to 100mb per second for the last seven months between midnight and 8am i get 500kb which is less then 1mb technician came out told me the router was throttling itself switched some equipment same issue next day i call again explain that ive been laying 90$ this long woth this issue and wanted a prorate soince im not getting what i pay for was denied this instead sent tech again explaining to tech on arrival my download sizes and how long its taking tech looked me dead on the eyes said he doesnt know anything about downloads kinda ur job dude lol anyway issue still persists company refuses to fix go mediacomm all day least ull get more than half a mb in download speed dingus told me to hardwire it why I pay 80$ this 5gb download...
