Arrived with clean trailer to pick up load with 2 month old nearly brand new trailer. Warehouse manager refused to load me- trailer odor as reason. Swept trailer 2X & use odor control spray. Still refused to load. I smelled no odor but off to truck stop and bought more odor remover spray and aired trailer out as recommended. T&L did NOT want me to do a washout since they required totally dry trailer- which is understandable. Returned to shipper 2 hrs later. Loader questioned me intensively as if trying to get me to admit to using lysol, glade or some other smelly perfume quick fix stuff. Now warehouse employee & manager refuse to load because doors had been open so bugs may have entered trailer! Of course I said doors had been opened as that was what I been told to do… This is trailer that has hauled only foodstuffs & food additives without problem until here! So 208 mile deadhead & 3.5...

So I don't give many reviews but I have to say that we had a very good experience picking up a load here. We have a 53ft dry van so I can't say how it goes with a tanker. We were loaded within less than a hour thats the whole process checking in and out. It looks intimidating from Google maps but it's not. It's a little bit tight to make a partial U turn to back into the docks. There's just enough room for backing into your door no problem. I have been to a lot worse places that I'd like to forget. Everyone was very nice and professional and the Guard shack explained...

They might be open 24/7 but as for receiving it 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday... And apparently they won't budge on it because they are having me set from 5 on Friday till Monday morning before they will unload me... Talked to 3 different people first two said it wouldn't be a problem and they're glad there stuff was here last one said no because they didn't have a crane only forklift... I told him that's what I was loaded with and that'll be perfect... He just paused and then said nope see you Monday 🤦‍♂️ 800 miles from base and having to cancel next...
