I have played about 35 different courses over the past 2 years and the course at Yatesville Lake is one of my personal favorites. The staff is friendly and helpful, the pro is friendly if you are respectful and follow the rules, the tee boxes and fairways are always in pretty good shape and the greens are usually fairly slow but very well kept. This course isn’t as “nice” as others in the area, as the bunkers are grown up and the carts are older, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth playing. The big draws to the yatesville lake course are its beauty and its difficulty. This course has spectacular views and has several holes where you tee off on one mountain ridge and have a forced carry over deep a valley to the fairway or green. There are also several holes with major changes in elevation that add elements of fun and difficulty. Bring plenty of balls because, no matter what your skill level is, you will lose several. If you can survive the first 7 holes, most of the rest are manageable. Just make sure to check your landing spots on the back 9 because a few of those fairways slope over rthe mountain and you will go OB if you’re...
Read moreI’ve played well over 100 golf courses in my life in 7 different states, and let me tell you, Yatesville Lake is easily my favorite I’ve ever played. Even though I only got to play here twice during my time in Kentucky, it is a place I will truly never forget, and I genuinely hope to return at some point in the future to play it again. Even if you’re not a great golfer like myself, you will without question enjoy the dramatic and stunning layout and scenery throughout the course. When I was talking to some guys at the course, they told me people come from as far as Canada just to play the course, and I can definitely see why. Perhaps the craziest thing of all was I got a tee time on GolfNow for 18 holes and a cart for $11! If you are ever even remotely near Eastern Kentucky, you have to stop and play this course. You will...

She said a guardian has to be there to sign for you.If your not from there or 45 min away why can’t you have someone else sign or call why have them drive from far away to sign then drive all the way back she is ridiculous needs to be removed from the club house and go to Mickey Mouse’s club house to...
