If I could give less stars I would. This casino is so racist. I lost my player card and have been asking for another one for over a month. The first reply was it will cost me $5 for another one. I said, fine.. Then was told the person that could make the card was counting money and couldn't make me one. I have gone in on several more occasions this month and last when someone was there that could have made me a card but was given the same excuse each time. I bet if I were black, I would have gotten a card the first time I asked and for free! The reason I say this is because I have been there on several occasions when the worker would come and ask every black person sitting by me if they wanted something to drink but never asked me, so I go to the counter and order one and I am told they will bring it out to me. Half hour goes by, still no drink. I ask again and worker says oh I forgot. I'll bring it to you. Still no drink another half hour later so I go back to counter and she says I will bring it out to you, to which I replied, no you won't, I'll wait here for it.. FINALLY got my drink but I was out of money by then so i put the drink by the machine and left.. horrible place

Very nice people that work there and it's a clean place and almost all machines work to, which is great. the lady's that work their are great and very nice to me and my wife when we go. They really make us feel welcomed. I love coming here. There is only one thing that really needs to be fixed to this place is that the machine that you scan your membership card really needs to be fixed because I Scan my membership card every time I go there me and my wife but it never calculates any of the point from when I Scan my card. It's been saying 750 points since I've gotten the membership. I mean for real it's been 2 and a half years now people. Can y'all please fix that. I'm sure there is a lot of people not just me and my wife that would really love for it to get fixed because it's nice to earn points and little rewards. It makes us feel like we are not totally losing when we go here because we play and lose more then we play and win. So earning these little points makes it a little better to walk away. But that is not the case here. It's the other way around. I just wish someone there can just fix the membership machine.
