Well I was gonna play a few dollars here last night but I came in with a friend and we randomly got ID'D which never happens and I come her all the time and I have LA Wallet not a physical card because I lost my physical ID a while back and they told me they couldn't accept my LA Wallet ID because they had to scan it when the las Wallet ID has a whole scanabld bar code on the back of it. It was a girl with pretty brown wavy/curly hair and an older man with grayish hair and he may or may not have been wearing glasses but they were telling me that I could not play because I had la wallet and it couldn't be scanned which isn't true at all. I don't know if they were just trying to be judgemental and rude or if this is an actual facility policy but if it is its very outdated and is making the business lose money because im very offended and am disappointed that I won't be coming back here to spend my money I will just go across the street and spend my money although I would rather spend it at this place. It's ok it's just funny how everywhere else takes LA Wallet...

Best casino to work for out of all the truck stop casinos in the pine Grove Amite area ,staff is friendly and patient with everything, they treat their guest like actual guest and on top of that Keyon the manager is Excellent at her job, now the only reason I gave this only 4 stars is because we need to update a couple policy's like we need to start accepting LA wallet and be more strick on the loitering policy cause I'll go to kick someone off the property for sleeping in their truck and an employee will say not to do it but other than that this place...

Management staff were something to try and wrap your head around... Regular patrions who regularly visit the place were just like myself ,very deeply disappointed with the poor service and disrespect of the regular people who has kept the place in business for years!!! Sorry!!! I'll take my money and business elsewhere from now on!!! Royalty...
