Customer service is terrible. I was first told a month before they ship, then 16 days from when i ordered .when i asked for my money back. It became the following Monday. When i asked for my money back they ignored all messages and posted it within 2 hours . I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. It would be no stars if I could. I had seen many things I was going to purchase that arent readily available in the UK. But I will never use them again and look for an alternative supplier

Edit the response to this review is all lies and untruths and I will happily provide proof to Google if needed I currently have not received the item this review is about the business and their attitude to customers. Not all messages were something that needed a response. Buyer beware. Promises quick delivery, very quickly requests shipping label from USPS, emails you with a tracking number and charges your credit card. Only problem is that the company never brings the product to USPS to ship. I kept checking the tracking on the package but it never got updated because NightGalaxy never tried to ship it. I should have read the reviews before ordering but I didn't. Now I know. As others have stated shipping issues, I had a similar experience. I didn't receive any email stating my order was shipped so I emailed to ask the status. I was told that the item I ordered was found to be damaged when they when to ship it. Why wouldn't you communicate that with me instead of waiting until I ask about it? I'd say your 2.7 stars with 29 reviews is about right based on...
