So I’ve been going to the shop for years and I ordered a half of beef like I always do every year for the past 15 years so when I go to pick up the 1/2 of beef hope was not there the other lady was there she gave me 2 quarts and the there was a lot of beef missing I did mention to the guy there was meat missing he told me he didn’t want me to leave mad so he gave me a brisket lol I was supposed to get a brisket in my order that was not there if I knew that I was not getting a half of beef I would have not payed cash up front so when I got home I called back down to the shop on Monday talked to hope and told my side of the story and was told they didn’t have a half but she gave me 2 quarts instead I explained I ordered a half and was told to have a nice day and hung up the phone lol well I have about 6 families that get beef and pigs and take deer there but no more we will find a place to do business with and...

I called to make a change on my order, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and acted like I was wasting her time. She ask me to hang on while she finds my ticket, sets the phone down and tells someone else loud enough for me to hear, We need to put on our website, "No Changes to Order".
