Where to start?! I found Glamour Farms on FB about 2 years ago. Buying from merchants on FB can sometimes cause me to wonder about trustworthiness and the quality that I am getting. After watching some live presentations, I learned that they are a beautiful Christian family in Illinois. Being in Indiana, they are basically my neighbors, so I decided to give it a try; I have never turned back!

After learning about their app, I loaded it, and shop completely on it now, and purchases can be made through their secure website as well. They are completely trustworthy with timely shipping. The quality of their clothing and other merchandise is superior! They bring the best brands and styles, and also give tips on how to style them. They highlight trends, as well as keeping us in the basic staples we all need.

The models, customer service, and the rest of those we don’t see working behind the scenes, truly work together as the best team, to make each individual shopping experience flow seamlessly. Their price points are excellent, and they are very generous with sales and giving GF cash to customers through simple contests. Over 80% of my wardrobe is from GF! Terrible shipping, slow response or no response to emails, no actual refunds to your card because they give you credit instead. I ordered the first time and had issues with quality. I spent almost $350 dollars on things. I needed to return a few things and received credit back but had to pay shipping to return....ok fine even though I was annoyed I shipped back. When I used my credit later for my second order I spent about $200 including a $107 credit. I ordered on 6/24/22 and 6/25/22 and now it is 7/12/22. When I kept checking my tracking it would just say 'shipping label created' so I reached out to customer service and was told it can be normal for things to say but still be on the way but I should put a request for tracking updates with USPS...which I had already done and received no updates. Then after waiting a week they email to say they sent my orders to someone else by accident and that it was being shipped back to me. They said they were sorry and gave me a $20 credit LOL....and I still haven't received my order and the new tracking still says shipping label created. I reached out and haven't heard back of what the excuse is. For me to be spending this much money I find the customer...

I absolutely love Glamour Farms! I have had nothing but positive experiences and would definitely recommend shopping with them! My orders have always been received quickly and the merchandise that I have purchased has always been great quality! Everything has been as described on live sales and in the Glamour Farms shopping app. This is such a big help when choosing what to purchase and in finding the perfect fit. Glamour Farms pricing is great and I have found it to be very competitive; even less than other similar retailers. If GF receives special pricing it is passed on to their customers. The special sales frequently offered to customers are amazing! The customer service has always been great providing quick replies to my emails and questions. I love watching the live sales and the ladies that work at GF are top notch! They are all so fun and knowledgeable. They are open, honest, and engaging and make you feel like you are a part of a family. Each of them want to help you have an amazing shopping experience. GF makes you feel like you are a part of a community where you are put first, from the start of your experience to the end of your experience! I am so happy I have found...
