A Cut Above Tree Service — Local services in Louisville

I wish I had gotten the chance to work with them. I contacted them back in the summer of 2019. They came out and gave an estimate. The price was good and we were told that they were booking about 10 weeks out. I know they are busy and I can handle when people are upfront with me so that was ok. Well about 12 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I called again and was told by the person answering the phone that she doesn't handle the scheduling but she would let those that do know I called. Again, I heard nothing from them. We are now at November 6, 2019 and have decided to contact another company. They came out the same day we called to give us an estimate, their price is better and they are going to do more work for us and they are going to be giving us a date they will be coming, not this "We'll show up when we can." I could not recommend this tree service more. I got three prices on removing a tree from my backyard, and this company was the lowest price. Honestly, low enough that I had a VERY hard time believing that it was going to happen. They came out with 5 trucks and all the equipment necessary, and the guys working know exactly what they were doing. Not only that, they were proficient using those tools. I had a tree that was hanging over my house and taking it down they did not damage a single thing, and did it quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and took the time to talk to me and explain what they were doing. The folks at Cut Above Tree service are amazing. They were at my house and I let them use my yard to take down my neighbor's tree which had caused damage to both mine and the neighbors yard. We had the extremely large branches removed by another company unfortunately. This other company left huge ruts in the back part of my yard and left debris laying around . Also didn't remove a rather large branch that was embedded In my yard . Not only did they fix my yard better than the way they found it but they also removed that annoying branch I couldn't get out.
