Im changing my previous review because Jason is a liar. Had them pull my engine and have it rebuilt. First issue He told me he'd call and discuss parts to use once my engine was torn apart. Never did. He called to say it was done and that my bill was way over the budget we agreed upon. Issues I've had since his people worked on my car. Over heated every time I tried to dive it anywhere. Another shop figured out they installed my clutch fan backward. The next issue is that my engine is not installed straight, pushing transmission to be off center around 1 to 2 inches. Driving it like that tore up my tail housing, output shaft, and ujoint. He said multiple times that if I ever had any issues, to call him. I've reached out multiple times, and he never responds! It's clear he didn't care about me or my car, just the money he could squeeze out of me. Loosing all the extra money that wasn't originally agreed upon sucked, but not as much as losing all that time trying to figure out what all they did wrong Do yourself a favor and find a different shop, who stands by their work

A friend hyped this place up. I was extremely disappointed. They were supposed to fix my ac, they worked on it 3 times, charged me the same price when it should have been covered under warranty. I don’t think they replaced anything AT ALL. They had my car over 4 times within a span of 90 days. Super frustrating and unacceptable when things aren’t being fixed the way it was explained to you from the jump. If it was a faulty item and supposedly replaced, I shouldn’t be paying the same price again. I’m very aware I’m not a mechanic but I know a scammer when I see one. All that time they had my car, still couldn’t diagnose a HUGE issue that I’ve repeated multiple times, they just kept ignoring that fact the car turns on by itself (not important enough for them). Also had me driving around with bad tie rods that any other mechanic should have been able to tell by simply driving it into the garage where they work on the vehicles. I guess it was too much of an inconvenience for them? Wendy and the other woman in the office are extremely rude. 2 receptionists struggling to do one job it seems. Heaven forbid you call for an update after not hearing from them on the status of your vehicle. They also refused to call to update me that they were going to be charging me an additional charge AFTER THE FACT for something I never gave approval for and they just did it out of the kindness of their heart when I’m the one actually giving them MY hard earned money. It was appreciated but the common decency would have been to call and get approval first. But we know how they hate giving updates as stated above… You don’t just do something to someone else’s property without consent. Really weird and unprofessional. Unfortunately I believe these people are scammers. Do not trust them. If I could give 0 stars for the customer service and service in general, I would. The owners of this company are a rare breed. People like this don’t exist anymore , my car had an issue and long story short I had to leave it. My fiancé was on a plumbing call, and my family lives an hour away, they drove me home, and I’m sorry but no one goes out of their way for people like that anymore . They were always kind to me when I went in for service , this was above and beyond: but to them, it was normal. Just helping out a neighbor . I’ll forever be loyal to them as long as I’m in the area . And will keep sending anyone I know to them. Gives me Hope good people are still around . Thank you...
