Their billing practices can only be described as misleading. The dental plan that was created for me although detailed, also gave the impression that insurance would cover a much higher amount than it ultimately did. By the time the actual amount was determined (at least in my case), the services had already been rendered. I should have been tipped off on my initial call when they made known that they are not part of any insurance plan as many dentists aren't, but they also said at that time that they are not familiar the term "reasonable and customary charges", which became obvious when the invoice arrived. The only word to describe the charges was exorbitant. I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Cicorelli, my hygienist Michelle (10/10 recommend her !) the front desk staff And the ladies helping me with my Invisalign process.

The ladies at the front have great communication when it comes to my appointments and understanding my billing and what my insurance does and does not cover! If you ask and they don't know, they will find the answer for you.

Michelle is the most thorough hygienist I've had and has great conversation. She is super helpful with any questions I may have and always gives me great advice when it comes to my dentistry health.

Dr. Cicorelli is also very involved in her patients health plans and cares deeply for her patients and staff. I've been with this practice for about 2 years and wont be leaving...
