Agree, the grounds are awful. I've asked the managers there 3 times now to have my parents and older brother's plot corrected. My brother was cremated and interned there in Oct 2015. I went down at Christmas and there was a big muddy depression in where he was interned. How can you dig a hole, put something in it and not have enough dirt left over to fill the hole? When I showed it to them they said "that's natural settling" (which it wasn't) and that they'd fix it. That was the third time I tried and that was in Sept. 2016. By Christmas it still wasn't corrected. There also a hole there over my mother's grave that you could stick your foot in, they said it was a rodent hole...NOT! The grounds guy got call over and said he'd fix it....NOTHING was done. Time to call the...
Read moreOur family members have been buried in Calvary since 1950 (over 20 family members).Recently, I visited my parents gravesite for my dad’s birthday and was very disappointed in the care taking of the site since May 2019. The soil was difficult to rake and very rocky. A fee is paid to open the gravesite and I expected a respectable landscaping of the site once the site is closed but it didn’t happen. I understand the cemetery was sold over the last few years. Hoping this isn’t their best care taking following burial. James and Margaret Feeney are...

We went there 9/1/23 and found tall weeds 3ft allowed to cover his stone and a whole line of other stones in this one area. My son and I pulled them out manually in front of his. To the owner please find out why this was allowed to happen. To be clear this area is very close to the Gulph Church 101 Matsonford Rd. So I am not sure these 2 places are the same. Update 9/6/2023 Gulph cemetery called me back and explained the situation. these are actual Native plants and are helpful for the Ecological role they have while blooming. They are removed once the blooming stops and they die off. They actually were removed this...
