After going to this place since I was toddler( I am 35 years old ) it will be my last time ever going here again. After picking close to $100 worth of apples and going up to the shed to pay I was yelled in front of my wife and 2 and 3 year olds because I had 5 wrong apples in my 3 full bags of apples. My toddlers must have picked a few from the wrong side and when we went to pay she demanded we pay double or sort through all the bags so she could check how many wrong apples we picked. She demanded I show her where we pick these 5 wrong apples or she was calling the police and even wrote down my license plate because I refused to pay double. After have made my kids cry because the lady was yelling so loud other customers were offering to pay the inflated price because they felt so bad . This is NO way to treat any customer and especially acustomer for over 30 years . SHAME ON YOU EMPLOYEE FOR RUINING OUR FAMILY OUTING. YOU WILL HAVE FOREVER LOST MY BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY MORE. Plus employees were not wearing masks! I listed the picture of the employee below to stay far away from. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT IF YOUR KIDS EVEN THINK ABOUT LOOKING AT...
Read moreBEWARE! Dead trees and rude people. Last time I will do business here. I brought home a tree from this farm and two days later the needles starting falling off. I watered the tree daily, however the needles continued to drop. It was dead from day one. I spent the weeks around Christmas cleaning up these needles from the floor, and my entire home as they tracked throughout it.
When I finally received a call back from a woman named Eileen from Bob White Acres (today, January 16th!) to address this, she informed me that I should have undressed my tree, put it back on my car, and drove it back to the farm. I explained that's an awful lot to ask of a customer during the busiest time of the year, and perhaps a picture or short video of the tree would suffice instead? Eileen wasn't interested in seeing a picture of the tree or learning more about the dead tree she had sold her customer, she just wanted to get off the phone.
By the time I undressed my tree this year, there were only a few needles remaining . Thanks so much for the fire hazard Bob White Acres, and the poor customer service....
Read moreWhat a great place to take the kids to pick pumpkins and apples. It's smaller than the big places we usually go to. I get so tired of trying to avoid the game area, crowds, and the mazes. If you are looking for a farm to pick this is it. If you are looking for corn mazes, games, and bakery or food go somewhere else. Bobwhite has a nice hay ride out to the field of pumpkins and you can easily walk to the orchards. They have the coolest vintage carts for the apples. They still have Apple cider for sale plus other fruits and vegetables and pre picked pumpkins and apples so you can just stop by and purchase them quickly if you need to. I was very happy with the prices. Today pumpkins were $.40/lb and apples were $.85/lb. 2 baskets full came to about 40 lbs of apples. We're happy and the grandkids and daughter were, too. They had the densest apple trees I've ever seen. Another great...
