I know the image might be a little grainy because I’m in a dark room at the moment. I went yesterday for a vertical labret on my lip, it was busy and he’s still only accepting a few people in the shop at a time (which is perfectly fine I have no problem with that.) They didn’t even check to see if I was of age, although I brought my ID in case. They have you sign a paper now that if anything goes wrong, you take accountability for it. Anyways, during the process he marked the placement AND asked me if it was okay in the spot he picked. Here comes the bad part, I ask him “It looks kind of off, I want it to be in the middle so you’re gonna pierce it in the middle right?” because the piercing IS supposed to be in the middle on your bottom lip. He then proceeded to tell me that he was gonna pierce in the middle, but then used the excuse the marker exploded on my lip and still pierced it off from where it was supposed to be. Of course, you get what you pay for that cheap so I’m not that mad, but I want to spread awareness for anyone else that comes here. I’ve been there three times for the past 3 years and got both of my nostrils and septum done which healed nicely, but they still hurt when I try to change the jewelry out. Did not clean the area before each time, but did clean it after for the vertical labret. Does not tell you how to do aftercare unless you ask. Wish I could give this place a zero at this point! Brought my daughter couple months back for a nose piercing and the guy who did the piercing was very cold and was not helpful at all. Pierced my daughter then just walked out the room, no instructions nothing just got on his phone...had to ask what she should do to care for it. Needless to say was just not happy but decided to give the place a second try bc I know a lot of people who come here. Well came for an industrial piercing on my daughter, same guy again doing the piercing. Well after he pierced her she became dizzy and passed out, fell out the chair and landed right on her head on the floor, instead of maybe assisting me with her sits in a chair in the back and watches everything. My daughter was literally convulsing on the floor and had a gash on her forehead! Again never offered any assistance even when I mentioned of calling the squad. Afterwards he makes a comment saying yea he saw her going to fall but got out the way bc he just had knee surgery. Who does that???? You literally could have put your arm out to try to catch her but instead you allowed a 15yr old girl to gash her head open on your floor and I now am spending the night in the hospital with her because you were to ignorant to help!!! I will guarantee you will never have our business again! I should have known better to give you a second chance!!!! And to top it off i don't even think the piercing...

Very disappointed! On 12/27/23 my daughter her had cartilage pierced by a lovely person with purple hair. We don’t know her name. However, my complaint is not about her it is about the owner of porcupine piercing & body modification.

On 12/30/23 we were in the emergency room. She was on the verge sepsis. Had cellulitis & perichondritis infection of the. Cartilage/Bone. ER was extremely concerned about temporal bone infection- pretty close to her brain.

On 1/2/24 I called him to ask him if we could come in to show him What had happened and to possibly learn from it… hoping it would not happen again. He was open to us coming but completely IGNORANT, NON BELIEVING, and we were completely GASLIGHTED by him.

Please note, my intention was not to resort to SOCIAL MEDIA but after meeting with him, and his arrogance and belittling to his employee (lovely female with PURLE HAIR, please read this!!!

We asked to talk to you & he said “she is a ditz, airhead, probably not paying attention, does not care and would not remember.” Which girl, purple hair, he threw you under the bus.

We said how can you say this person doesn’t care! Don’t speak for her.

Either way, please don’t work for someone who calls anyone ditsy & airhead.
