Great staff. Lauren at the counter is amazing. The problem comes with the attitude of Catt the owner. I’ve been coming here for a long time and spending $200-300 a month… but, today was the final encounter with her I’ll accept. The ball return was acting up and coated six bowling balls with a thick sticky rubber coating. When I approached the counter Catt was quick with a “what?!?” Like I was bothering her personally. Any other manager would have offered something to clean the balls off with but not her. She just snapped at me saying “it’s only cork!” I don’t care what it is, I just wanted it cleaned off. No need to reply, we will just take our business elsewhere.

Update: Catt, I’ll keep my reply here for everyone to see. Your head mechanic cleaned off the ball I brought up to you. That was after my daughter threw it and that’s how it returned again after one throw. It was NOT cork it was rubber and a grease like substance. Even your head mechanic said it was not CORK. You said to ask you to clean them? That’s why I came up but you snapped at me and never gave me a chance to ask for something to clean it with. Your attitude was uncalled for. Just left after throwing a couple games for my first visit with my son. The staff is really nice and thoughtful. The approach was super sticky but it was a rock and bowl thing , so someone probably bowled with a drink in hand. They saw me try to clean up with microfiber rags. Kaleb offered to clean it.
