Lehigh Valley Screampark is awesome! It doesn't get boggled down with all of the corporate commercialism that many of the larger Haunt attractions seem to fall prey to. They are fresh and innovative. Their new attractions are beautifully created with great attention to detail. I've heard that they are continuing to expand as they rebuild after the fire and I am very much looking forward to new attractions being added in the future. They treat their actors well and encourage them to explore their characters and environment. The food is exceptionally well priced with generous portions compared with the larger amusement park haunts who charge you ridiculous amounts of money for inferior frozen fare. The fries are incredible! Potatoes grown on the grounds are picked, washed, then cut fresh in front of you and cooked to order. The new wood fired pizza oven is a delight! The bonfire pit in the center area is a fantastic meeting place for your party or just a lovely place to sit and relax and warm up with a hot cider and some freshly cooked donuts ( made on the spot! ). Lest I forget my new favourite cold weather beverage, the zombiecino! Good strong coffee perfectly combined with sweet creamy cocoa... A delight on a cold night! The actors are quite good and make a genuine effort to frighten and disturb their patrons. Some of them are really quite exceptional such as the young man toward the end of the haunted house attraction. Sometimes he even leaves his condemned abode and roams around the central open area which serves as the midway of the haunt. His piercing eyes and chainsaw will have you believing he is truly a dangerous maniac. The clowns on the hayride were entertaining as well but then turned menacing and terrorizing in a bizarre twist that I won't tell you about so I don't ruin it for you! Trust me, you do NOT want them to PRESS THE BUTTON!!! The que lines are gone! They got rid of them! No more waiting in line for hours to go through attractions. They have a totally different method that works wonderfully! The attractions themselves last a good amount of time. Many walk throughs I have been to have you waiting in line over an hour, sometimes longer, all to finally get into the attraction and just when you are starting to enjoy it ... It's over. But not here! In the condemned house it is quite different! Where other haunted house attractions tend to end, condemned suddenly surprises you with a dark maze, or steps to the attic! Then down again and into the dreaded basement. Once you think you have finally made it to the end and you are outside... You still have to navigate your way through the property's back yard! And the creatures and ghouls that are roaming there. The bio purge attraction is very interesting and left me thinking about it in light of the recent pandemic much longer than I thought I would. It can get under your skin so to speak. All in all , for a smaller, "mom and pop" style haunt it packs a wollup and will give you plenty of bang for your buck. I found it to be a great way to spend a weekend evening and night with plenty of space and time to relax with friends and family between getting the bejeezus scared out of us in the...

The experience is fantastic!...if you don't value your time and can survive the completely unorganized queue. First off, there are two methods of obtaining tickets; reserve a time in advance online or purchase general admission tickets at the gate when you arrive. Once you enter the front gate, there are two lines to segregate those ticket holders with a reserved time from ticket holders with general admission tickets (supposedly used to fill unclaimed seats once advance ticket holders are boarded). However, there are absolutely no signs identifying the two lines, which would not only help guests find their appropriate line but would also help the inept staff determine which line has reserved seats in advance.
While this may seem harsh, from my experience you would be better off purchasing general admission tickets as the staff in charge of advancing the lines either did not value reserved time slots or had no concept of which line was general admission and which line had reserved time slots.
I had reserved tickets for a group of four. Our time was among one of the earliest times in the evening (8:00 PM). We arrived the suggested 30 minutes prior to our reserved time and managed to find where to wait. We patiently waited in the line for ticket holders with a reserved time while we watched dozens of general admission ticket holders filter through the queue and get loaded onto trucks. When we finally reached the front of the line, the employee admitting attendees had no concept of which line was general admission and which line was for prepurchased ticket holders. We did not get to board the attraction until 9:20, nearly one hour past the time we had reserved! Meanwhile troves of general admission ticket holders were shuttled through the queue.
When we asked about our reserved tickets, the staff didn't seem to care. When asked about why the general admission line was advancing when our group (and roughly a dozen other people standing with us) had reserved a time that was overdue, we were told by an employee that "I have to take the other line because they have been waiting longer." The response was either a blatant lie or the queue is so unorganized that the employees don't even know whats going on.
The queue was so poorly managed that by the time we finished our ride, the line for people that had reserved a time in advance was wrapping around itself. If our group boarded nearly an hour after our reserved time slot (which was one of the earliest time slots), I can only imagine that those with later time slots must have had to wait two or more hours past their reserved time before boarding
The experience itself was very fun. However, there is absolutely no need to reserve tickets in advance because the staff does not honor those times. Do yourself a favor and get general admission, you'll be in and out in 45 minutes.
SPOILER ALERT: don't worry about saving your paintballs for the final stage, it's just people driving around the truck in cars - we all know zombies don't drive and, lets face it, it is much more fun to shoot people dressed...

As we finally reached the ticket taker we find out she is allowing 9:00 people in front of the 8:30 people of which I was one. Lastly one of your ONLY 3 trucks was not operating. SO rather than have a back up or an onsite mechanic your choice was to just let your customers become more and more angry waiting in line. As far as the ride, I didn't hear one compliment from any customer in my surrounding area including myself. If you truly gave 100 bullets(point expanded on later) I sincerely doubt 100 could be used in such a short trip and so few targets. The ride wasn't anything as advertised. Your operation was total chaos.
Once on the ride our guns were empty The girl came over with a container and put ammunition in the guns. However. there is NO WAY she gave us each 100 balls. NO WAY. I went on the ride for my kids (paid full amount which is ridiculous) and maybe pulled the trigger 20-30 times but still ran out BEFORE the ride was complete. Same with my wife. I had to buy more ammunition for my kids bc not getting 100 at the start certainly they would run out. Im sure just ass planned
The most telling point of it all is your "no refund" policy. Your operation fell far short of its advertisements and expectations and to not allow refunds was all telling. I along with many other couples had arranged babysitters for a limited time for the evening and this poor operation put us all in a very difficult position
You may think im only one person but the 400 people in line that were inches away from hurting the security guard, will certainly make your operation known what a poor experience and to take their...
