If you are looking for a food truck for a corporate event look no further. Patrick, of Sweet Daddy's BBQ is tremendous to work with, accommodates all of your needs. The food is excellent. I recently hired this food truck for a 3 day corporate event in Stuart Florida. We needed to serve 100 people each day. They worked with me on a menu for each day that included homemade mini doughnuts and coffee each morning. It was an outdoor event so we could smell the BBQ cooking. The Brisket is to die for. We had a hard core Texas BBQ man in our midst who poo pooed even trying the brisket, "no way they can make it as good as Texas why even bother", well everyone raved so loud about the brisket so he tried it and ate his words, he said " this is every bit as good as Texas BBQ maybe even better". I love their BBQ!!! It is so yummy!!! The meat of the ribs and chicken falls off the bone!! That brisket sweet Jesus, it is execellent. The smoke flavor runs all the way through the meat. Each and every time I've eaten there, they've been consistent. I have never had BBQ that didn't require sauce until I ate Sweet Daddy's.
