It is my pleasure to write a review. South Plains Towing earned every star 100% and more. They handled a very stressful transport situation with ease. When others hem hawed, Dyllyn did not hesitate. I cannot express how grateful I am being referred and connected to this outstanding company. There were never any hiccups. This team arrived promptly. The communication throughout was exceptional. They are true experts. My transport driver Chase handled my unit with extreme care. Their transport vehicle was perfect. You can tell they take great care of their equipment and vehicles. Chase was spot on, he was very precise, careful, safe, professional, a delight to be around, truly skilled and a master in his field. He is very nice, happy, likeable, funny, professional and a joy to be around. There was never a moment of worry. I was surprised with the short amount of time it took. The cost and pricing was very reasonable and easy options to pay. I was able to pay onsite without complications. All pricing and costs were presented upfront without any surprises. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOW MY CAR! 3 Hours after calling to have the car towed the mechanic still had not received the car. I called to find out what happened and they said the car was not in the driveway at the address we had given. I told them the driveway was on the side of the house and maybe they had missed it. They said no it just wasn't there. I could not physically be there so I questioned why they could not find the car that was most definitely in the driveway of the address we had given. The man I was speaking to David was so rude and unconcerned about the situation. He then told me he actually didn't go by so he wasn't sure.

We ended up calling Cantu towing how quickly located the car in the driveway of the address we gave them and towed it to the mechanic, all within 30min.s.

I came from out of town attending my daughter’s college orientation and our car broke down the night before we were to leave. South Plains Towing was the service that I used to haul my car to a local dealership. Brian was the one who came out to do the actual towing. He was very professional, personable, and extremely helpful. He made sure my daughter and I got back to our hotel and then let me know via text and phone call that my car was dropped off with the staff. Unfortunately it appears the dealership is backed up with too much work so will have to take a rental to get back home.
