Plum Crazy Vendor Mall — Local services in Lufkin

This is/was one of my favorite places to go to, however, we bought a DVD here and it only works in European format and all the young girl with glasses wanted to do was argue with me about not wanting to give some type of refund or store credit. Which is too bad cuz store credit would have been fine we're constantly buying there but now because of a $5 DVD we don't frequent there as much as we'd like to because of the way she treated and talked to my wife in front of our children and hers behind the counter. I think the girl was having a bad day and it showed in her customer service. She could've worked it out with us or even just voiced her policy in a more professional manner. Now over $5 we no longer spend around $100 like we had been doing prior to that on a weekly basis. I wish the owner would've been in at that time. I had been talking to her about buying chickens from her farm online and was going to have her husband do some tractor work on our land but now my wife is bitter over it. Given some time I hope we can go back and frequent again I really liked buying...

Finally stopped! Went in and came out with $35 bucks of fun treasures lol Soap person that's in the front when you enter ... has some fun soaps. They got a section for men!
