UPSCALE IT'S NOT. Ads stated upscale, reason for choosing. Very inexperienced stylist, just weeks behind chair, straight out of HS, but extremely polite. Never once discussed products used or sold, even when asked, didn't know; never once checked the cut for eveness I have some serious long strands in my ponytail, I have to flatiron in place an spray. Must wait for growth before I can go elsewhere to repair. Never a mirror shown the BACK of my "style" don't think that's ever happened!!! Desk person was slightly arrogant, seemed bothered by clients. Small open room. Clean. Tasteful decor, reasonably priced. I definitely would NOT recommend as upscale, low scale maybe. My experience was a small step above a hair cutting mill like a great clips, just 3xs cost, I tipped more than a cheap cut cost and got a cheap cut! Sadly this area NEEDS an upscale salon. Please visit an upscale salon in Charlotte, Atlanta, and change your marketing....

Originally I loved Jenni. She remains a good stylist... or i assume she does. She ghosted me as a client a couple years ago for no reason, but I let it go. Then, recently I tried to schedule an appointment with her. I scheduled via vagaro and got my appointment. But received a cancelation notice within minutes. I chalked it up to an internet issue. Until it happened the next week (and after several tries) . I then called the salon and spoke to the owner who assured me that she'd have Jenni call me, as soon as she finished with a client, to find out why it was happening. I have yet to receive a call. I'm disgusted with the unprofessional behavior of this salon. I've recommended it to many over the years but will never...

Hannah Stockman did a FANTASTIC job on my cut and color! I’m so so happy with my hair, she’s so sweet and wonderful at explaining the process and answering questions too!! I originally had dirty blonde hair that was a bit below my shoulders and I’ve never had bangs in my life, I was very nervous about this transition, but Hannah was so considerate, very receptive to what I wanted while offering her own suggestions for my skin tone and hair texture (that I took and she definitely did not lead me astray), and reassuring the entire time. She saw the vision I had in my head and made it even better. So glad I went here, everyone was super friendly, I will definitely be going back!! 10/10...
