I have never been so impressed, with a serviceman, in my life. I don't say this lightly. From start to finish, THIS, is the company you want, if you need repairs. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly, and explained that the repairman always carried parts on his truck, so hopefully, unless a specific part is needed, it would save time, and labor costs. (5 Stars for common sense alone!!! Lol). John called me, before arriving, to give me an exact time estimate. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about repairs. We have an old stackable Kenmore. John literally had it fixed, less than one hour, and stayed to run the dryer to ensure that was the correct diagnostic. He let me know, if the fuse he replaced went out soon, it would be something else, but he would come back and not recharge a diagnostic fee. (10 Stars for an ethical company!!!) The final charge, was $200 less than other estimates I received (many times you will get overcharged labor, if the person doesn't come prepared with small parts), AND, they stand behind their work. So....5 Stars is NOT enough to describe a small business that has: Ethics, Customer Service, and Common Sense. 10 Stars, hands down, and I will never call any other company. So grateful for...

I called All Day Appliance to repair a freezer leaking water out of the bottom (Whirlpool French Door), and John came over the next morning. He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He took the entire bottom out of the unit; all I did was supply a couple of towels. There was a clog in the drain, which caused an ice buildup. Beat buying a new fridge, that's for sure, and I'd call this company again (hope I don't have to, but I would)....

WOW! GREAT service! Fridge went out..which is every person's worst nightmare (unless it's time to clean it out). My husband found the number in the yellow pages- called him- and he (Mike) came over in a few hours. Knew what the problem was AND the cheaper, simpler solution- fixed it in no time! Had I called Sears we would have paid an arm and a leg and endured horrible service. HIGHLY recommend to all...
