My son and I stayed here on a road trip. We will definitely return for a visit. Unfortunately I was very sick after staying here and did not get the review completed on Airbnb within their 2 week time limit - so I will put my good review on here! Our host Trinity was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed, she is very fun, warm, and kind. She even did some fun science experiments with my son. The tiny homes are themselves not only comfortable to stay in, but they are works of art. Each one is unique, made with upcycled materials and craftsmanship. The grounds are navigated via a dirt / mud road, so keep that in mind. I have a truck with high clearance and 4wd, so it was not an issue despite the heavy rain at the time. The tiny house we stayed in had a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a nice big table, a half bath, and a really great porch for hanging out. My boy and I loved the animal friends we made, particularly our cat friend Big Brother. If you need to cook while here, there is no microwave. I brought a backpacking stove. You can bring your own camp stove/cooking gear, or you can make arrangements with your host to have an electric cook top available. There is also a fire ring outside, and if you bring a grate and enjoy campfire cooking, weather permitting, that is an option as well. The bath house had everything we needed to get cleaned up, and it is super cute!!! It is very quiet and peaceful here. We slept very well in our cozy loft. I can't express the warm fuzzies I have in regards to this special place, adding to it that my son lost his first tooth during our stay here! I can't wait to go back and explore the grounds more when the weather is more permitting.

My significant other booked this as a Valentine’s Day surprise road trip. We stayed in Vicky Too along with our two dogs. The staff was very nice and one even stopped by during one of our nights (with a newly hatched and adorable duckling) and talked with us as we built our campfire and roasted marshmallows. They have a lot of fun things to explore and do on their grounds including: an underground water cave with clay baths, trails, ponds, and salvage art displays. They are constantly evolving the grounds so be on the lookout for more things to do! It’s a very relaxed and chill place that allows you to build your own campfire, bring your dog, hang a hammock, and experience living more minimally. I highly recommend this place.

Such a wonderful Valentine's Weekend experience. When we decided on the drop of a dime to come a day in advance Trinity had no issue accommodating us. Felt private enough but still plenty of folks around to socialize with if you'd like. The tour and breakfast were also a great addition to our visit. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

My stay started August 3, 2018 in the Blue Moon. My husband and I are relocating from Wisconsin to Texas and the move has happened very quick. While waiting for our rental application to go through we decided to stay here to get away from every day life, with our 3 furr babies. One night and we wanted another day while we waited, now we havent been the easiest tenants. My husband has to work and prefers a privar full bath, Cat was more than happy to move us next door to The Kidd. Now I'm the one who wasnt very comfortable as it was a tiny home, and not roomy enough for my babies to move around. We were willing to rent out both houses as they were side by side. Now instead of getting both tiny homes, Cat recommended the Vicky Two to see if it was to our liking. It had a mini fridge, sink, and a full bath (just what I wanted with plenty of room). She didnt have to do that!! I was blown by her honesty and willingness to make our stay the best possible. She could've rented both tiny homes and gotten the price listed, but she went out of her way to make us happy and save money!!! I can honestly say we will be returning to this place even though we will live only 30 min away!! That is how much I absolutely loved this place. Oh and we're renting for a couple more nights after this!!! If your looking to save money and deal with honest people, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! THIS IS THE PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

LOVE SALVAGE CITY!!!!

By the by we made friends with such a friendly female cat (nicknamed by me "Darling"). She just loves to hang...
