Our family has rented this building out for decades and unfortunately it gets worse and worse. Our last Christmas party there were multiple tables broken. No access to either back room where some essentials used to be kept. The kitchen used to have EVERYTHING you need and now has a few utensils, no pot holders or oven mitts. They sure do have about 200+ dirty plates under one cabinet though. It's not a huge fee so I guess not much should be expected but it used to be...
