We have been working with Powell for the better part of 13 years and yes their selection is great and always high quality…. But what sets them apart from any other masonry Distributor is their Customer Service. From Dave the manager who ALWAYS Makes ordering painless, he will even speak with my customers to help Them make the best possible decision. Then there is a young lady Allison, talk about someone who goes the extra mile! I needed something that unfortunately wasn’t something they carried, (Very few do it’s just too rarely used to stock)… Well, she took the time to help Me find where I could get it, that’s TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And allow me to just say, this is what keeps people coming back.. Employees like Dave, And Allison, without them , They would be kinda like anyone else. Thank you Allison, you are a loyal employee and you have exceptional customer service patience and skills;)...

Powell Stone and Gravel have yet again held up to their name of being an amazing company. I owe my own small business like many others that Powell helps. I don't personally know anyone there. I wasn't asked to write this review and I didn't get some discount with a purchase. It's Simple! Amazing Staff. (Let just be realistic and say it's basically impossible to find). Today I called and asked for help on some help on general knowledge for a project. A simple few questions. Dave was the one who helped me. Not only did he help, but actually gave me information about different materials I never knew. I'm very thankful for the help he gave me, the knowledge he provided, and just being happy. Talking to Dave about a project that's going to cost a good penny and being able to laugh about it at the same time makes the purchase and process a whole lot smoother. A perfect start...

Powell Stone & Gravel is one local business that has never disappointed me. They have a large selection of products and material to help enhance and maintain your property. The store itself is setup beautifully with clear and informative displays and the staff is always helpful and professional. I know quite a few Landscapers and Contractors that buy their Loam, Stone, and other Material from Powell's and they are always satisfied. They have great deals and have resolved small issues quickly and fairly. Could not give enough stars for a local business that is thriving in this Corporate World we live in.
