Stopped by on a whim after reading about this place on yelp. So glad we did! The moment we got there, the goats announced our arrival with their adorable little bleats. The owner came out to meet us and offered to cut up some fruits for us to feed the animals. The little goats and pigs were so cute, and loved the apple slices we fed them.
The farm market had a lovely variety of treats including jams, sauces, pastas, tasty baked goods, locally-sourced cheeses and meats, munchy snacks, and some pretty unique ice cream flavors.
The main shop had an incredible collection of products from small businesses, many of which were local to the Virginia area. They were one of the few shops we found that carried t-shirts specific to the city of Luray, rather than generic Virginia souvenirs. Their diverse collection included handmade birdhouses, boutique candles and lotions, hand-crafted jewelry, beautiful stones and geodes, and tons of games and puzzles for the kiddos. Although I was super tempted to buy half of the store, I ended up deciding on some local goat milk lotions and a luxurious smelling candle, along with a few snacks and a baking mix from the farm market.
Since we came in the beginning of March, it was too early for garden season. However they also had a third shop exclusively dedicated to garden decor. In the warmer months they sell a variety of flowers and plants as well.
The owner Jeff was extremely friendly, and it was obvious that he genuinely loved running his place. He was even nice enough to show us their future plans for adding a charming coffee shop to their space with positively stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. Hopefully it will be up and running the next time we come back.
The absolute best part of our visit was getting to see Winston the piglet coming inside for the evening. After thoroughly inspecting every corner of the shop, he happily made himself nice and comfy in his little crate. It was clear that Winston and all of the animals were being lovingly cared for.
Our visit to the Massanutten Country Corner ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, and we will definitely be returning the next time we're...
Read moreThis is a place you won’t want to miss!! I’m blessed to live in Luray and to be able to visit frequently, but even if you’re just passing through our quaint town, you should definitely put this on your places to see!! I love to bring my out of town guests and family by when they are here!
Jess and Kristin have something for literally everyone!! My grandkids love to feed the goats as well as venturing to the chicken coop to the chickens!! They also have two really cute pigs!! And on Saturdays they offer goat yoga! (Call ahead to check times and availability).
I love to buy my flowers here! They have a great variety and their prices are very reasonable! They always have a sale so you can find great deals!! In the fall they have beautiful mums and pumpkins and at Christmas time- wreaths and a great selection of freshly cut Christmas trees!!
Inside their market store there’s fresh produce, baked goods, ice cream from a local creamery and a variety of meats from local farmers. My favorite is the hillbilly bacon!
And don’t miss their gift shop!! They have a variety of different unique children’s toys and puzzles, and quite a collection of rocks and minerals, jewelry lamps and clothing. There truly is something for everyone!! And they are working on a coffee shop that will be great when it’s finished!!
The staff is all very friendly and helpful! We have many great places in our small town, but this is one you should put on the top...

One of the absolute highlights of our visit was meeting Jeff, who has an incredible collection of rocks and minerals. His passion and knowledge are infectious, and you can tell he genuinely loves sharing it with others.
The fluorescent minerals room is a must-see — it’s like stepping into a hidden world! Watching the minerals glow under UV light was such a fun and unexpected experience. Whether you’re a rock enthusiast or just curious, Jeff makes it fascinating and approachable for everyone.
Beyond that, the entire space is thoughtfully curated with unique local gifts — many of them handmade by local artisans. It’s wonderful to see such a strong focus on supporting the community and showcasing local talent.
The outdoor spaces are just as lovely, with a relaxing, family-friendly vibe. It’s clear this place is built with heart and community in mind.
