We loved working with Bison Blinds. We moved into an older home that had a ton of windows. The natural light was amazing but our exposed windows left us...exposed! I booked a consultation with Clint based on Google reviews and he did not disappoint. He educated us on all the different types of blinds based on material, light flow, pricing, style, technology...and then suggested mixing and matching based on location in the home to keep prices budget friendly. He came by several times to do installs and even requested switching a few blinds out because they weren't perfectly up to his standards. Even though we couldn't see the imperfections at first, he could, and left them up until the manufacturer sent a new one to install, free of charge. We enjoyed teasing him about his perfectionistic tendencies but truly appreciated that he was looking out for us. At this point, Clint feels like a friend. He's reliable, friendly, and is just a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy with a ton of integrity. He made it clear to us that we can and should call him if we ever have any issues with our blinds at any point in the future and they'll be taken care of. Window treatments can be expensive in general, no matter who you use...but the way in which Clint manages his business by providing such quality and great customer service, we were grateful to have found him and to support his awesome business. I can’t recommend Clint and Michelle @ Bison Blinds enough. They did a fabulous job on our roller shades! Not only do they have a huge selection of anything you could possibly need in terms of window coverings (blinds, shades, window tinting) you can also order custom drapes from a huge selection of fabrics! We only needed a couple of roller blinds (but will likely add more in the future) to help knock down the afternoon sun and Clint knew exactly what to recommend based on the style of our home and what my desires were (still wanted to be able to see the kids outside but wanted enough sun blockage to not be blinded while sitting at our dining room table). The process was easy: they came out and measured one day (took like 5 min tops for my 2 windows) and then they placed the order and installed once they had arrived! No matter what size job you have, they can get it done. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything you want when having someone in your home. Michelle and Clint are the best in the business! When I first reached out to Michelle, she scheduled a time to come to my house, measure my windows, and sat down with me for a design consultation. I was able to tell her everything I wanted and she helped me pick shades from color and material to functionality. She is extremely quick in her communication and response timing so I trusted her right away and knew I could ask her a question and get an answer fairly quickly. The shades also came in on time like she promised! When her and Clint came over for the installation, they were extremely nice and easy to talk to! Side perk: they even took their shoes off before walking around my home, which I appreciated!!
