Its been 23 years since we had McMahons put in our new carpeting. They did great work back then and stood behind their work when we had a problem. They came back and took care of it right away. This year we decided to finally get new carpets and change the bathrooms and kitchen flooring. We didn't think twice about who we would go to for a quote! We talked to Mark who was the person who installed our carpets 23 years ago. He was friendly, professional, very helpful and worked with us to pick out the flooring that met our wishes. We had a slight glitch when he was going to start the bathroom.....distributor sent wrong color flooring. But he took care of the problem and within 10 days was back on the job again. We were looking for all new living room furniture. We went to numerous stores in Appleton and Green Bay and couldn't find what we wanted and had numerous pushy salesman. We then went to McMahons and found exactly what we were looking for without the salesman pressure. The selection and prices were better than anywhere else. We have purchased furniture from McMahon's many times. Recently, we had a recliner that was not sitting correctly. McMahon's came out, picked it up, fixed it, and delivered it again, and "because it took them so long," the repair was free of charge. This company has the absolute BEST customer service I have encountered anywhere. Not to mention there fantastic prices. Worth the drive.
